best stocks?
i need 3 of the best stocks that are supposed to do well over the next 4 months. i already know oil and companies like exxon and mobil. some i need are 2 more different ones.

not all stocks go down during a recession or fear of a recession. my favorite stock is altria (mo) because people are addicted to their products therefore they are not going to stop buying the products. Companies that make products that people need should also do well. i like procter & gamble because they make household products that people need and johnson & johnson because they make drugs that people need.

None! Sell, Sell, Sell. We are in a recession, and still going down. I would take the money and invest in something a little more sturdy.

"companies like exxon and mobil" — You may not know them as well as you think. Those 2 merged years ago and are now one company ExxonMobil Corporation. The next 4 months covers spring time, birds return, flowers bloom etc. but more important investing wise, farmers start planting their crops. So two things they need are seeds (Monsanto) and fertilizer (Agrium Inc. {AGU}, Mosaic Company {MOS}, Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan {POT}). Also if their equipment breaks down while planting, they may head to their nearest Deere Inc. {DE} dealer to buy new equipment.
