We are looking to rent a house from a lady. The down side is he told us that he is in the process of declaring bankruptcy. he said that his lawyer told his that he could try to rent the house out for a year and buy it back. Is there a risk into relocating in there or am I safe? Thank you

I’m 25 and I’ve made bad financial choices when i was much younger. I make ,000/yr and have 2 kids. What are some inexpensive way to file for bankruptcy?
I’ve looked at filing for myself but really feel like I should get help from someone with some experience. I’ve heard paralegals may do it for a few hundred dollars plus costs but how do I find 1? Most attorneys want to charge me over a thousand dollars which I just don’t have.

What can I do with my Interest Rate that is now variable?
