How do I get security tool off of my computer?
I some how got this security tool program on my computer and it won’t let me do anything! I can get on the internet and my messengers and that’s about it. I tried looking up a way to get rid of it, and I was even going to try a system restore. The problem with this is that it won’t let me open some programs. Is there a way that I can get rid of it? If anyone can help I really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

I copied a DVD movie to my computer. When it’s done there are several different files: BUP, IFO and VOB files. I now have a scratch on the original that makes it skip. How do I burn a new DVD. What file(s) do I use. I can burn a CD with my eyes closed and find myself to be half way computer literate but this DVD things is throwing me for a loop. Please help!!
