I’m going to the store to buy some seaweed. I was told Nori was the best. I want to make Tamago nigiri sushi. Do I cook the seaweed in a regular pot with boiling water? if so how long?

Is sushi really that intricate that you may have Sushi Masters?
I mean it’s just pressing a piece of fish against the rice.
Assuming you pick the best piece of fish, and have the best rice recipe. How hard is it really to cook sushi?

i really want the job at the mimi’s cafe. but i am not too sure what i need to do… (if you haven’t noticed this is my first time applying to anywhere!)
