I want to dry my shirts, but the thing is they’re already pretty small and I don’t want them to shrink some more. I’ve done the hanging it up option, but the thing is I don’t have enough space or time to hang up some 10 shirts up on hangars. Would I dry them on air dry in the drier?

How do I extend my uncovered patio?
We moved into a house last week, and there’s a small backyard with a retaining wall bordering the back. There’s an uncovered patio that we want to extend into either a deck or use paver (either stone or brick would go with the masonry).
I can’t decide on either a deck or paver, and once that’s done, I’d really prefer that it would be covered. But I’m not sure how this is going to work….

How do I get rid of the foul odor coming from the drain of my sink?
The sink has merely been used a handful of times and there has been no food put in the sink yet. The pipes, drain, and sink are brand new as is the stainless steel sink. The merely thing I have put down the drain is leftover milk from cereal but I use the water while rinsing the bowl out. In addition, the smell is a little sour smelling. Where could this smell be coming from and how do I get rid of the smell?

Here's a tough 1: How do I build a corner doorway?
The current setup is 2 walls with a doorway on 1 like this: __ ]
and I want to trim back that 1 wall and build up the other wall to form a caddy-corner doorway, complete with a door. I know how to build a regular wall, but how do I form this kind of doorway?
note: none of the walls are load-bearing. -
how do i get my dishwasher to stop leaving white powdery film on my glasses?
My glasses have been coming out with a white residue on them for a while. you may wipe it off with a towel but you may’t rinse it off. It’s very fine – you may barely feel it but you may see it is there. I’ve even tried changing the detergent and it hasn’t worked.

I’ve tried using jet dry and not using it and it hasn’t changed anything. It didn’t used to do this.
I’ve tried cascade 2in1 packs and using a gel detergent – no luck. I’ve never used powder detergent so i know that’s not it. And in case you missed it i do already use jet dry.
I’m going to try the vinegar thing with the 1 upturned glass and see how it works. I’m interested in the CLR suggestion but anyone want to tell me how to get it into my lines? I have a portable dishwasher that i hook up to my faucet everytime. I figure i could just dump CLR into the bottom of the dishwasher and just run it but that wouldn’t help the intake line. -
How do I install insulation in my attic?
I need to contribute insulation to my attic. Is it as easy as going to Home Depot, buying the pink insulation, and placing it down on the attic floors?
Also, I know I need to lay some on the floor but do I staple/nail it to the attic ceilings too? Thanks for the help! I’ve never had to do this before.

How do I insulate the pipes in my baseboard heaters (cigarette smoke coming in from downstairs neighbors)?
