The bill gives bankruptcy judges new power to reduce the interest rate and principle on a home mortgage. It’s part of President Obama’s housing rescue plan.

there is a class action to prevent this from coming to pass… A lot of investors argue that it breaks simple contract law… hate to side with the greedy you know what’s… but they are right -
Does President Obama support a universal healthcare system for America?
I can’t find anywhere whether or not he’s finally going to create a universal health care plan for America. Has he said anything reguarding that? I think it’s time!!!
I’d rather be willing and able to have coverage and a chance to get treatment instead of having to choose between getting life saving treatment or paying the rent. -
