What do I do if a car insurance company refuses to contact me before 1 of his insures hit my car?

My car was backed into while it was parked at a gas station. It has bee a few months and the guys insurance company wont answer my messages or call me at some. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this and im not sure of my rights.

You should have contacted your own insurance company. They would have done all of the work, you "hired" them to do when you paid them premiums. Call them now !

I don’t know, I’ve never been in a situation like that. I would call a lawyer and see what is possible. May even be able to sue the company for not holding up their end of the bargain.

Easiest thing to do is to contact your insurance agent, they should be able to help.

Contact the Insurance Commissioner in your state. That will get their attention.
