Is he in a endless campaign mode?

these town meetings are carefully scripted; totally controlled by his minions; and the questions are pre-selected! Is this what the people are thinking and are on their minds? No, I don’t think so. He could not answer the real questions….as this healthcare system is being shoved down our throats..You see how that woman was crying and he hugged her, she was ill, that is true, but he hugging her, all scripted. I want all government employees including the President, his cabinet, all of congress to sign on to this boondoggle of a healthcare bill…Why should they, as they have the best in the world…this is only for the Prolitariet, the masses; who they don’t give a fig about…it is a matter of dollars and sense to this admin. not worrying if all are covered by a healthcare system…

You would not know socialize medicine if you saw it Anti-Sem ! To the other colonic method try using Tide. The Republicans and Democrats will pass a healthcare bill that will ease some of the problems of American citizens. Do you really care or is it a subject of derision for you ?

Its a sham. There is nothing wrong with our current system, other than it is a little expensive. And the private sector can briog down costs if they choose to.
And the number that some mentioned of 72% of Americans supporting this program is a LIE. More like 30% support it and that number shrinks everyday as does support for Obama.
The guy has dreams of becoming the Dick tater in charge. And it is time for Americans to shut down his private little mafia!
TODAY!!!!

Those "townhall meetings" are just big infomercials. He has that lady who has cancer, stand up at every meeting to give her story about having cancer, not being able to work and not affording health care. Now she is sick and I sympathize with that, but the woman has known Obama and members of his administration going back to December of 2008. Obama acts like he just met her and says "we’ll do something to help you". Why didn’t he help her before? What about medicaid?
Medicaid is there and has been there to assist people who are severly ill and are actually poor. It’s not there for someone who says "I can’t afford health care". Yet they have a cell phone, big screen tv, the internet, ipods and a large car payment. Any poor person can get medicaid.
Shows how well the government is running their currently 1/3 controlled portion of our health care system. Why don’t they improve on that before trying to take over the whole damn thing?
Our health care system is the best in the world, not perfect, but I will bet anything that the most severe problems in our system are from government involvement now. HMO’s?? Guess who pushed for those? Yep, it was Ted Kennedy, Democrat. How are those doing?

absolutely fine.
I am here almost every day, watching the misinformation and manipulation of what he is TRYING TO DO.
It needs to be confronted. No one has to like the proposals. What is disgusting is to dislike them, on the basis of lies.
You cannot seem to wrap up the goal in one sentence…
the GOAL is to provide access to health care for all Americans. NOT to take your insurance away, not to drive up costs, not to nationalize anything.
It is an excellent goal. It is the most humanitarian effort of this administration. And.. people see nothing WRONG with efforts to prevent this from happening.
I don’t care what method he uses.. as long as he puts a stop to those who fail to know..or care.. what he is trying to do, and don’t care if they lie to keep control.

Nice of him to include the citizenry (in such a democratic mode no less!) unlike former-dictator Bush.

He doesn’t have to do much selling, as it’s already supported by 72% of the American people, and he won an electoral landslide campaigning on it.

He and his preselected audience with their scripted questions remind me of an infomercial on colon cleansing

If socialized medicine were really so great he wouldn’t ned to "sell it" to anyone. Everyone would be running and clamoring to join up.
He isn’t stuck in campaign mode. He’s stuck on stupid and Marxist.
wendy c, who does not have access to health care? EVERYONE in America has access if they would just get off their lazy butts and do something for themselves. Now tell me why I should have to pay for health care for the grossly fat, smokers, drunks, junkies, tramps or baby factories and the bastards they pop out. Also, tell me what part of the Constitution of the United States allows the federal government to interfere in health care. YOU CAN’T!
stratm663, defense is a duty of the governemnt listed in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. Where do you find any reference to "health care"?
